Introduction

The NTF-Series Turbine Ultra-Fine Classifier is a high-capacity powder classification system designed for large-scale production of fine powders in the 100 to 800 mesh range. With a maximum processing capacity of up to 150 t/h, it is one of the highest capacity classifier systems in the NT-Series range, making it the preferred choice for industrial operations requiring large-volume fine powder classification with low energy consumption and low equipment investment.

Application Range

The NTF-Series Turbine Ultra-Fine Classifier is widely used in the production and processing of non-metallic mineral powders including calcite, kaolin, talc, and quartz. It is also suitable for ceramic powder production, pesticide and fertilizer processing, fly ash classification, clay processing, and slag powder production in dry powder form.
