NT-Series Turbine Ultra-Fine Classifier

Introduction

The NT-Series Turbine Ultra-Fine Classifier is a high-precision powder classification system designed for ultra-fine mineral powder production. Using advanced turbine classification technology, it delivers sharp particle size separation with high clarity output, making it the ideal companion system for Ball Mills, impact mills, vertical mills, and other grinding equipment in closed-circuit ultra-fine production lines.

The NT-Series is widely used in calcium carbonate processing, kaolin classification, talc powder production, ceramics, medicine, pesticides, abrasives, and various inorganic and organic powder applications. Its variable speed impeller design allows precise and easy adjustment of product fineness to match specific production requirements.

Application Range

The NT-Series Turbine Ultra-Fine Classifier is suitable for the following materials and industries:

Non-metallic mineral processing including calcium carbonate, calcite, kaolin, talc, and barite. Ceramic powder production requiring precise particle size control. Pharmaceutical and chemical powder processing. Pesticide and abrasive material classification. General inorganic and organic fine powder production across a wide range of particle size requirements.

FEATURES AND CHARACTERISTICS

1. High output with low energy consumption, reducing operating costs across continuous production runs.

2. Advanced turbine classification principle with horizontally mounted classifier impeller. Available in both single impeller and multiple impeller configurations to suit different production scales.

3. High-precision particle size separation delivering clean, fine powder output with minimal coarse particle contamination.

4. Product fineness is fully adjustable by changing the classifier impeller rotation speed, allowing quick and simple adaptation to different particle size requirements without stopping production.

5. Can operate as an independent classification system or integrate directly with Ball Mills, impact mills, vibration mills, vertical mills, airflow mills, and stirring mills to form a complete closed-circuit ultra-fine production system.

6. Wide material compatibility including calcite, kaolin, talc, ceramics, medicine, pesticides, abrasives, and various inorganic and organic powder materials.

INTRODUCTION OF CLASSIFIER IMPELLER

The NT-Series classifier impeller is engineered using the latest international NG technology, incorporating backward-bending, folding, and trapezoidal combined blade geometry. This design delivers three key performance advantages over conventional impellers:

1. Effective classification of superfine powders at 5 microns and below using large-diameter impellers, a capability that conventional impeller designs cannot reliably achieve.

2. Back pressure at the classifier is reduced by more than 30% compared to conventional designs, with blower energy consumption reduced by 20 to 30%, significantly lowering operating costs.

3. The D100 particle size of classified powder is reduced by 2 to 3 microns compared to conventional impeller outputs, delivering finer and more consistent end product quality.
