LIME PRODUCTION PROCESS 

The NT-NM Series Hydrated Lime Production Line operates as a continuous automated process. Quicklime is fed into the system through a controlled feeding mechanism and mixed with a precisely measured water quantity in the hydration unit. The exothermic hydration reaction converts calcium oxide into calcium hydroxide powder.


Steam and dust generated during hydration are captured by the sealed dust collection system and processed through the dust collector before clean air is discharged. The hydrated lime powder produced is then conveyed through the classification system where oversized particles are separated and recycled, and finished calcium hydroxide powder meeting the required fineness specification is transferred to the product collection and packaging system.


The complete process operates under negative pressure throughout, ensuring zero dust emission at the working site and maintaining clean and safe production conditions.
