NT-HX Series Circular Vibrating Screen

Introduction

The NT-HX Series Circular Vibrating Screen is a new type of heavy-duty circular vibrating screen developed by Henan Innovative Industry, upgraded from the YA and YK series screens based on customer feedback and years of maintenance experience. It is widely used in sand and gravel yards, mining, coal mining, concrete mixing plants, dry mortar production, power plant desulfurization, and quartz sand processing.

Henan Innovative Industry manufactures NT-HX Circular Vibrating Screens with processing capacity from 8 to 800 m3/h, maximum feeding size of 400 mm, screen size from 4 to 100 mm, motor power from 15 to 45 kw, and a fixed screening angle of 18 degrees. Applicable materials include limestone, dolomite, cement clinker, iron ore, gypsum, aluminum ore, pebbles, rock phosphate, and copper ore.

STRUCTURE & WORKING PRINCIPLE OF CIRCULAR VIBRATING SCREEN

The NT-YK Circular Vibrating Screen is mainly composed of a screen box, vibration exciter, suspension or supporting devices, and electric motors. The motor drives the spindle to rotate through a belt. The unbalanced centrifugal inertia force of the eccentric weights in the vibration exciter causes the screen box to vibrate. The amplitude can be adjusted by changing the eccentric weight on the exciter.

Circular vibrating screen is a single-axis circular-movement inertial vibrating screen, whose working depends on inertial motor and inertial strength produced by eccentric plate.

Because of the vibration of the screen box, materials are thrown out so that materials of a certain size pass through the screen mesh, achieving precise screening. Since the magnetic exciter is installed on the gravity center of the screen box, the upper part of the long elliptical axis at the inlet end moves in the same direction as the outlet, promoting material spreading across the screen surface. 

At the outlet end, the upper part of the long elliptical axis moves opposite to the outlet direction, reducing material movement speed and helping difficult-to-screen particles pass through the mesh. The elliptical screen surface also increases the effective screening area, improving overall processing capacity.
