Introduction
The Hammer Crusher (NT-PC Series) is a high-efficiency impact crushing machine designed for fine crushing of medium hard and brittle materials in a single stage. It is widely used in cement, electricity generation, metallurgy, building materials, chemical, and compound fertilizer industries for processing limestone, coal, gypsum, and similar materials.

USAGE AND APPLICATION RANGE
The Hammer Crusher is suitable for crushing limestone, coal, gypsum, and other medium hard brittle materials with compressive strength below 200 MPa. It is commonly integrated into cement production lines, coal preparation plants, and mineral processing systems as a primary or secondary fine crushing unit before grinding in Raymond Mill or Ball Mill systems.
STRUCTURE & WORKING PRINCIPLE OF HAMMER CRUSHER
The electric motor drives the rotor to spin at high speed inside the crushing cavity. Materials fed into the cavity are impacted, cut, and torn by the high-speed rotating hammer heads until they are broken down.
The crushed material is then forced by gravity against the baffle plates and grate bars on the frame. Particles smaller than the screen aperture pass through the sieve plate and are discharged. Oversized particles remain on the plate and continue to be impacted and ground by the hammers until they reach the required output size, then discharge through the sieve plate. Particle size can be adjusted to meet specific production requirements.
