ATT Series Sub Micron Ultra-Micro Classifier

FEATURES & CHARACTERS

It is specially designed for the classification powder of 1250-7000 mesh submicron ultrafine powder.

It adopts the principle of strong rigid eddy current classification, single impeller structure and horizontal placement.

It is especially suitable for classification of Calcined Kaolin, recovery of D90=2μm, and dispersion classification after drying of submicron products produced by wet process.

By introducing the spray impact dispersion technology, the raw materials can be fully dispersed before classification, which solves the big problem that the submicron micro-powder is easy to agglomerate and not easy to classify. With precise cutting point, ensure that there is no phenomenon of rough particle size entrainment in the powder.

ATT Series Sub Micron Ultra-Micro Classifier

It is widely used in various sub-micron dry powder processing of high value-added (such as ceramics, medicine, pesticides, abrasives, etc.) and non-metallic ore powders (such as kaolin, calcite, barite and talc, etc.…).

SPECIFICATION DATA

Remarks:

1. The output of D97 < 5μm in the table is based on the data obtained from secondary classification of more than 800 meshes of GCC powder.

2. If the raw materials with more than 80% of 2μm are classified, the classifying performance is the best when the 2μm content increased by 10%.

R&D Experimental Base Center (National Powder Key Test Lab.)

In order to improve the comprehensive strength of the development of ultra-fine submicron technology in our institute, the ATT submicron experimental line, which is the experimental base of the R&D center of our Institute started to be built with state funding in 2011, was put into operation in 2012. It can provide a platform for technological upgrading and technological innovation, improve the market competitiveness and provide technical support for the sustainable development of our Research and Design Institute. This experimental line mainly investigates and explores the ultra-fine processing characteristics of various materials. It can flexibly classify various materials into 600-6000 mesh (Max.7000 mesh). It can guide the configuration and processing, equipment and materials of ultra-fine processing production line, and lay a foundation for better service to customers.
