The NT-GZD and NT-ZSW Vibrating Feeder moves large block materials and granular materials from the hopper to the receiving device in a steady, periodic, and uninterrupted flow. In a sand or aggregate production line, it feeds the crushing equipment while simultaneously performing a rough screening pass on the material. It is commonly paired with crushing and sieving equipment across metallurgy, coal mining, mineral dressing, building material, chemical, and grinding industries.

STRUCTURE & WORKING PRINCIPLE OF VIBRATING FEEDER

The NT-GZD and NT-ZSW Vibrating Feeder is built around a vibrating frame, springs, a vibrator assembly, a motor vibrating device, and the drive motor. Inside the vibrator, two fixed eccentric shafts are linked through jogged gears, which must be aligned to the marked reference point during installation for the unit to operate correctly.

When the drive motor rotates the two eccentric shafts, they generate a powerful linear force that sets the whole feeder into vibration. That vibration causes material sitting in the funnel to slide and bounce forward in a controlled path toward the discharge end. As the flow passes over the built-in screening section, undersized particles drop through immediately instead of continuing on to the crusher, allowing the feeder to handle rough screening at the same time it feeds material downstream.
