STRUCTURE AND WORKING PRINCIPLE
The Tumbler Screening Machine is designed as an artificial imitation of low-frequency manual shaking motion. Its working principle is based on the synthesis of transient motion displacement combined with radial circular motion, forming a helical three-dimensional movement pattern. The eccentric drive unit generates a nonlinear motion that closely approximates manual sieving action, enabling precise and efficient particle separation.
This motion pattern makes the machine especially suitable for screening circular, cylindrical, flat, and irregular-shaped particles, including materials that are prone to blinding the mesh. When combined with appropriate mesh cleaning attachments, the Tumbler Screening Machine delivers highly accurate and consistent screening results.
UNIQUE TUMBLING MOTION
The Tumbler Screening Machine produces an exactly defined three-dimensional eccentric motion with both radial and tangential inclination components.
During operation, the radial inclination causes the product to move from the center of the screen toward the outer edge, while the tangential inclination generates circular motion across the screen surface. The combined effect of these two forces produces a helical motion pattern, resulting in a relatively long material retention time on the screen.
This extended contact time optimizes fraction separation efficiency while significantly reducing the amount of near-size particles remaining in the oversize fraction.
