USAGE AND APPLICATION RANGE

The European Type Jaw Crusher is suitable for primary crushing of hard and medium hard materials including granite, limestone, basalt, iron ore, quartz, and construction aggregates. It serves as the standard first-stage crushing unit in large scale mineral processing and aggregate production lines, integrating seamlessly with secondary crushers, vibrating screens, and grinding mill systems.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF European Type Jaw Crusher

The European Type Jaw Crusher operates through a dynamic squeezing and splitting mechanism. The electric motor drives the belt and pulley system to move the eccentric shaft, causing the movable jaw to perform periodic back-and-forth and up-and-down motion against the fixed jaw plate.

When the movable jaw moves toward the fixed jaw, the material between the jaw plates is compressed and crushed. When the movable jaw retreats by the action of the eccentric shaft and spring, the crushed material discharges from the bottom outlet. This continuous cycle of crushing and discharging delivers high-capacity, consistent output during uninterrupted operation.
